Hi spotify,

I kindly wanted to ask what is the reason why I can´t buy the 0,99 cents premium trial for 3 months, because I tryed and it told me that I am not suitable for this offer can you check please why.

And there is also other issue is it still possible to return my money because I accidentally or your server accidentaly sighned me in as a normal premium user so I´ll be charged 5,99 per this month but I don´t want such premium offer I won´t be even using it. So  I am kindly asking you to cancel my premium and don´t charge me for anything.

Once again I am sorry for bothering you but it was the faulth of your server I just placed my card info into your system and then it charged me not 0,99 cents but instead it was that 5,99 price.

Thank you for your time and I hope you´ll proceed this urgent message quickly,the premium started today so I hope you can still cancel it withou charging me the full price.

First of allI'll try to clear up why you aren't eligible for the "3 months for 0.99" offer:

You aren't eligible if...

• You have already had premium on your account.
• You have already had a free trial of 30 days.
• You live in Mexico or in Quebec.

If you think you're eligible for a refund, you should try contacting SpotifyCares through either of these:

• Or lastly through Twitter @SpotifyCares

Tell them what's going on and your username and they'll solve it! 🙂
