problem in changing country

Hello, I tried to change my account country but it is lock and can't change, I have disconnected my FB account but still doesn't change.

I have a free account and don't have any other accounts.

thanks for posting in the community !

You can always use this help guide on changing country on your settings.

However, when you initialy create an account it sets itself according to the detaitls you provide (payment method and country).

I have a payment on last year when I was in France, But now I'm still with my sister in Canada, How can I change my country?

Hey @punkgeek76,

This article address your issue directly.

If you spend much time in a different country and wish to change it to the country you're in (good for moving for long periods of time) you need to cancel your susbcription, wait for it to revert to free then change the country on your settings when resubscribing.

If you're on vacation, you can use your account for as long as you want without having to cancel or change anything.
