My Question or Issue

I have premium duo and I wish to add my significant other to my premium duo but the screenshot error keeps appearing after I input the address. I have tried it with a different browser, incognito and also different device but it is getting me nowhere. I would appreciate quick support on this! Thanks

I'm having the same problem. Moved back to AUS from the USA. Can't seem to get my wife's account to align. We're at the same address. Spotify not letting us access.

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread. It such situations it's useful to make sure that the country settings in the accounts of both the Premium Family manager and the the user accepting the invite are the same. You can find instructions for this here.

 

If afterwards the issue persists, we recommend that the user tries accepting the invite on another device and over a different internet network.
