same here! i was in the family plan for 1 month and suddenly i wasn't in the plan anymore and couldn't join it!!

Same issue.  Premium with family.  I invite, they confirm, This I have repeated.  They got in after confirming, only to be kicked out after a while when they had to reconfirm the address

Could you tell us more about what is going on?

Are you trying to invite members to an existing Family plan or is someone else trying to invite you?

When do you see the error and is it the same one described in the thread?

Tip: Make sure you're following the steps from this article when inviting someone to the plan.
Tip: In case they already have an ongoing subscription, e.g. Premium Individual, they'll first have to cancel it. When the account reverts to the free tier, they'll be able to join the Family plan 🙂 This also applies to Premium Duo.
