"There was a problem" Error Message - Premium Family

"There was a problem" Error Message - Premium Family

I am trying to join our Premium Family plan as a member after being a plan owner of a Premium Duo plan. When I click on the link to login and join the account (tried on both phone and laptop), I am able to sign in to my account and search my address, but then I get the message "There was a problem please try again later" error message screen.

 

I have tried using a new link, switching devices, and using the link in incognito mode.

 

Does anyone have any advice to help me join the plan as a member? Thanks!

Just cancelled the Premium Duo plan (expires at the end of the month), trying to join Family Premium

Thanks for reaching out.


You'll first need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite 🙂
