"Your addresses didn't match" - issues with users accepting invites to Duo/Family plans. Address was absolute identical and was tried with same Internet IP but normaly we have different.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

When the address didn't match, it's possible that the address registered on the plan and the one the users are using might be different. First, make sure the address registered on your account page is the same one other users are trying.

 

If you've already confirmed this and the issue persists, it's possible that one or some of the accounts are registered in a different country than yours. As the country didn't match the system could be giving the address error.

 

In this case, since this could be account related and we don't have access to user's accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the accounts and help you further.
