"Your addresses didn't match" on the family plan.

I accepted an invitation to join a family plan. I obviously live at the same address and I was trying to do this while staying there too actually. When I typed the address it said it didn´t match. I decided to literally copy the address from the master account and paste, didn´t work. I tried several devices, phones, desktop, laptops. Doesn´t work. Please help, it´s really not a cheap service to be this ridiculously buggy as I´ve seen it´s an extremely common issue.

 

The email address for the account I am trying to join from is **bleep**, the master account is at **bleep**

I find this frustrating; my family account cannot be joined by other members - I have to move countries for work, and because of that, we live in a different country to the Apple profile payment one. When we went on holiday to my home country - my son couldn't register as we were in a different country to my Spotify profile. Now we are back, but it still doesn't work, and it seems like my other son, who was previously registered, is now kicked out. I don't want to change my billing address and it seems like the only solution is to move to a different provider like Deezer (which we used in the passed for the whole family - with no issues)....

I'm trying to join my wife's Family plan but my address is not appearing in the search bar. Now I know where we live but apparently Spotify doesn't. 
None of the below information is required. However, the more you provide the easier it will be for us to try and help.

The help bar comes up with use the closet address to you and when I click on it it says it doesn't match. 

We entering the exact same address and it says it‘s not correct..

My wife got excluded from our family plan although we live in the same house. When we tried to add her back we got a message saying that she cannot join my invite and will only be able to join someone elses plan in 12 months. Super frustrating. was anyone able to solve this? I will cancel the family plan if this is the case

I have the same exact problem. Nothing works. How to ‘contact Spotify directly’?

i can’t accept invite from the family premium plan manager as it says address didn’t match but we’ve entered the right address already. How to go about this?

I accidentally removed a plan member but can't seem to get the addresses to match to get them access again. Tried on different devices, copy and paste address

I GOT IT TO WORK. I went to the family plan coordinator's account and just retyped in the address again on the page "spotify.com/us/account/family". Then immediately, letting a new member join worked. I think if you registered Spotify a long time ago, your set address is "outdated" by google maps standards. God the support team and all the moderators on the official Spotify forums have no clue what they are doing.
