"an error has occured" add a member to family premium



I've been trying for several days to add my husband to my family premium subscription without success. Every time I send the link to him and he tries to connect it says "an error has occurred, please try again later".
We've tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling it, but to no avail. I've also tried using a web browser, but it still doesn't work.
He logs in via his google account, just like me.
What could be the problem?
As for me, when I look at my profile I'm in "family" and I can still add 5 members.
I also wanted to create an account for my son but apparently spotify kids is not available in Belgium.

Can anyone help me?

Sorry to hear that. Can you send another invite to your husband following these steps? Make sure that he is at the same physical address that is on file for your Family plan, or else he will not be able to join. Once he gets the email, make sure that he is doing it on a different browser or private window.


In regards to Spotify Kids, it is currently not available in your area. However, Spotify is always looking to expand its product lineup to as many regions as possible. For any updates, keep an eye on the Spotify Newsroom.
