remove a member

Hi, I'm trying to remove a member from my Spotify premium family account. When I try to open the dialog box of the one I'm trying to remove no other windows appears. The others members' window easily opens clicking on.

I tried with many browsers.

Somebody can help me, please?

Hey @michelemaddalo,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
