spotify family plan kicking everyone off and won't let anyone join again

me, my sister and parents were all on the same family plan for spotify, and one day it randomly kicked everyone except me (plan manager) off and it keeps saying that they need to wait 12 months before joining a plan again. I've cancelled the subscription and renewed it again and it still says the same thing

Same, my wife was booted because she missed the email. This is an absurd policy.
