Hello, I have spotify family. My daughter can not download music with her account.
How can she do it?

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. For your daughter to download her music and use other Premium features, her account needs to be invited to the Family plan. Steps for that and other useful info can be found here.

Just make sure she's logged in on her account on the device she's accepting from.
