trouble with adding family members

I've opened a Spotify Family account, but when I want to add my family members, I get only a black screen!

Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Hey @Hans5608,

try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser, use another browser or device.

If it isn’t working after that try another internet connection(e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi)

Instead of Internet Explorer I've used Chrome.

Now it works.
