My Question or Issue

I originally had an old spotify account (account A). There was an issue with my credit card. When corrected the payment issue, i noticed i was on my spotify account B. my issue is that spofity is now saying I cannot add my family members because they can only join one family account every 12 months. I was wondering if anyone could help me come up with a solution or get into contact with spotify because now i have the family plan and am unable to use it. because all of my other family members were on account A which is currently not paid. while Account B is active and unable to add anyone.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

Since it's not possible to switch plans more than once every 12 months, we recommend cancelling your subscription in your account B and subscribing again in your account A. Then, your family members should be able to join that plan again.

 

Additionally, and to avoid any further mix-ups, we suggest closing the account B so you just keep one account.

Is it possible to cancel my subscription with a refund ? I’m order to use
my old account? I have tried to cancel it but did not find anyway to be
refunded. Thanks for your help!
