I just changed my spotify premium to spotify family so my family members can use it too.
Well when I send invite to my brother he is unable to join. I have no idea why, i cheched if he is writing the adress right and he is, so why he can't join?

A few things needed to be checked for a Family Plan to work properly:
- All members should listed under the same phyiscal adress.
- All Memebers must have their own premium accounts
If the two terms are already applied, please try and send the invite using an incognito page or a different browser.

We listed the same adress.
My dad did not have premium but spotify family is working for him.
