von premium auf family wechseln

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin schon länger Premium-Kunde und möchte jetzt auf Family wechseln. Kann ich mich da einfach anmelden bzw registrieren oder muss ich vorher mein Premium-Account kündigen? Wäre ja cool, wenn das fließend ineinander übergehen würde.

du kannst auf https://spotify.com/family dein Abo von Premium zu Premium Family umstellen. Es wird dann alles automatisch geändert, du musst also nicht dein Premium Abo vorher kündigen.

Wenn du dein Abo von Spotify Premium auf Premium Family umstellst, ist deine nächste Zahlung wahrscheinlich ein paar Tage früher fällig als bisher. Der Grund ist der Preisunterschied zwischen Premium Family und dem normalen Spotify Premium Abo, das du bisher hattest. Auf deiner Aboseite hast du all das jederzeit im Blick.

und wenn ich nicht das Hauptkonto besitze, und der ursprüngliche Premiumvertrag über meinenn Handyvertrag lief, bucht es die 9,99Euro dann parallel zum familenabbo also den 15Euro  von dem Konto meines Vaters ab?

Nein, das wird trotzdem automatisch umgestellt. Eventuell muss vorher das Premium Abo (via Mobilfunkanbieter) gekündigt werden, bevor man überhaupt auf PremiumFamily wechseln kann.

Das würde mich auch brennend interessieren. Wie trete ich in eine familie ein? Muss ich mein altes kündigen? Werden auch meine playlists etc übernommen?
