why can't i change my country and my address?

I can see the field to change, but it is greyed out and won't let me switch to Ireland. I moved to remarry and need to switch to my husband's family account. I also tried to update my payment method to my Irish card, and it wouldn't let me. Your site is bugged in the "Country" field. The article would be perfectly helpful if the field wasn't greyed out.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

Just to confirm, do you have Premium? If so, you'd need to cancel the subscription first and wait for your account to revert to the free service in order to be able to change your country settings and accept the invite. If you’re a plan member, following the steps in the aforementioned link will remove your account from the plan, but won’t cancel it. To do so, you'd need to reach out to the plan manager to cancel or update the payment method.

 

If you're currently using the free service, we'd suggest that you try changing the country again from a different device/incognito window and using a different internet connection. Also, make sure you're connected to a local WiFi while doing so.
