why can’t i pay for my plan after the payment day passed?

why can’t i pay for my plan after the payment day passed?

i’ve credited my card with money and as i try to update my payment method so i can pay for my family plan, it always fails

Can you try updating your payment details using a different browser or private window? You can update those payment details following these steps.
