why did spotify kick me from the family plan?

why did spotify kick me from the family plan?

My Question or Issue

my family and i, (filled family plan). share an account, many are long distance by about an hour or so, but it has always been efficient to have a family plan, recently i had been kicked from it, i figure if it was the address, which at one point the account holder and i had shared, was wrong it would have happened a lot sooner. she was unaware that i had been kicked and we dont know why. just curious if anybody has any ideas as to why this would happen?

Keep in mind that all members of a Premium Family plan must reside at the same physical address as the plan owner. 🙂

 

There can be various reasons as to why you got removed from the plan. Most of them are already stated in the email you received, but it could also be because of address verification issues.

 

If you still reside at the same physical address as the plan owner, you can ask them to send you another invite.
