why did the family plan stop working on my account?

why did the family plan stop working on my account?

I'm on a family plan but my account doesn't have premium, it was working last week but then when I wanted to play music it's not there. I asked my mom and brother and they both still have it, and the website says I'm still on the plan and yet I can't use it.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're not seeing your Premium features, It's possible you're logged in a second account that's currently on free. If your account page shows you're part of the Premium Family plan, check the email address that you see there and use it to log in on the device where you're Premium features are not showing up.

 

If you're still having issues, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further
