i want to back to the free account but when i click the cancel premium button,it says Something went wrong. Try reloading the page.And i cant back.

Have you tried cleaning the cache in the browser before trying to cancel your subscription?

If so and it didn't do the trick, can you try again on a different computer to make double-check if the issue is in a specific device?
