why i cant leave the family premium plan?

i want to cancel the premium but when i click cancel premium button it says Something went wrong. Try reloading the page.idk why it happen

Just to confirm, can you please click on the link bellow and then go to "change plan", and then scroll down until you see "Cancel Premium"?

If it doesn't work, can you try again using a different browser or device?
