why was I kicked out of a family plan because I was in another country?

why was I kicked out of a family plan because I was in another country?

I live in US and the Spotify account was registered for Child where it WAS made but the account was given to me because they added it to the family plan for me.. I changed my country to the US after I saw that notification.
