I have acc in spotify and i login in student plan but with my sis acc and this will be done in one year actually i want delete her acc in college and i add mine i can do this or waiting the acc delete a plan after year?

In this case, take into account that you can apply for the student discount once per year. This also means that, to apply again to the student discount, you'll have to wait until the year you have already applied has expired. Even if your sister deletes her account, you'll be able to apply for a new year discount once the time of the first year has passed.

On another note, keep in mind that the accounts are for personal use and not transferable, so it'd be better if you created your own account.
