Accidentally removed Showtime access

I just signed up tonight under the student promotion. I was successful with signing up with Hulu but wasn't successful with Showtime and in the process of trying to figure out what to do I accidentally clicked to removed access on the apps page. How can I get it back?  And how can I successfully gain access to Showtime? 

Any advice would be appreciated.

By any chance can you still see the service under the "Your Service" tab of your Account Overview page?
