Account Student Hacked and deleted...How I recover?

I'm living on Portugal and I had a premium student, but my account was hacked from Colombia, I managed to recover the mail but how did they delete the premium account, the SheerId now block my University ID showing Verification Limited Exceeded. How I can solve it?
