Account showing subscription to two different plans at same time?

My Question or Issue

Had to reverify that I'm a student, and that was successfully done, but then my recurring payment kept failing for this month. 

When I open my main accounts page to try and figure it out, it says I have a students subscription as my plan, but when I open the "Premium" tab, it shows that my current plan is the normal, full price one. 

The "change plan" button is non functional, I've tried clicking on phone, laptop, different browsers, incognito, nothing works. 

How do I know which one is my actual plan? I'd have liked to cancel recurring payments since it's not going through and just do a one time payment for 6 months.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Judging by the description, it is possible, that you've activated the Student subscription shortly after already having paid for a regular Premium Individual subscription. This way the currently active subscription will be the regular one and after the regular month expires, the Student subscription will start at the respective price. You can check that by having a look at the amount of the next recurring payment on your account page. The amount of the next payment will "decide" which subscription is currently active.
