[All Platforms][Subscription] I got an email telling me to renew my student discount, but I can't

I got an email saying that I need to renew my student discount, but when clicking the link in the email, it takes me to my account page which says I am ineligible to renew the discount again. Why did I get the email saying I need to renew if I'm not actually able to do so?

Hey,
This might be happening due to COVID-19. Also if it is your last semester as a student or you aren’t taking classes it might not consider you as a student anymore.

Thanks for the ideas...  I'm definitely still enrolled, and I've got another year to go before I graduate.  Weird...
