Ask for a refund because of i m étudiante

Hi.
Since i started to pay spotify at 9.99 every mouth. I have already been student. (Cuz i just noticed that)
I have already given you my documents and certificat of school from 2018). When i just changed my situation. You can check all there.
So i think i have a right to ask a refund cus i should pay as étudiante always. Since the first payment.

I m waiting for your answer

Thank you for posting your question on the Community!

A student discount can be applied for a maximum of 4 years in total and has to be re-applied for every 12 months.
It is the personal obligation of each student to keep track of their discount expiry date. Spotify also sends an email reminder before the discount expires.
