Can't access Hulu and Showtime with Student plan

Hi guys,

I'm having an issue accessing Hulu and Spotify services when I log in. Both tell me to "join" acting as if I don't have a subscription, and yet Spotify student is active. 

Something also frustrating is that Spotify does not have phone/chat support for the solution would be much easier solved with a representative that can access my account.

Really appreciate any help to this issue.

How recently did you purchase your Student Premium with Hulu plan? 

If you're having trouble logging in on the User support page, they recommend waiting 24 hours and if it does not work, to reactivate by going here. Let me know if anything else pops up, or If I can help you with anything else.
