Can't change from family plan to student plan

My Question or Issue

I want to change to student plan and SheerID confirmed that I am a student but in plan selection page I get this error message "Unfortunately, you cannot use this plan. You can check out other ways to get Premium." How can I select student plan?

Hey @toggy294,

 

When switching subscriptions your account has to first be on free 🙂
I believe this is causing your current issue.
In case it persist, do let us know, we'll be happy to take a further look into this.
