My Question or Issue
Hi,
I have been using premium for a year or so, and I am pretty content with the service. I am trying to get the Student Discount as I am now studying at NYU Tandon. Everytime I enter my Name, DOB, and School, It takes me to the account overview page in Settings and a red blurb states that they could not verify me as a student and to check my details again. My official first name is Mohammed and my name on my Account is Farhan, could this be the reason. Whatever the case, please let me know how I can successfully get the Student Discount.

Can you confirm if you followed these steps?
If you don’t see your university/college listed during sign up, it’s not supported right now.

Could you confirm if you get the same error message after trying again in a private/incognito window? This step ensures you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.
