Can't renew student subscription (unable to verify that I'm a student)

I recently got a new credit card and I'm trying to update my payment info. However, I can't do so because I'm a student and spotify is unable to re-verify that I am one, and I can't seem to update my payment info any other way. I'm not sure what the verification process is because I didn't even get prompted for a student email address, I just gave my name, birthdate, and university name.
