Cant get student discount anymore

My Question or Issue

I had Spotify Premium and changed my University, so I am new to Uni again. SheerId the verification company approved everything, and now I can't get the Student premium discount anymore.

Thanks for the post.

Can you let us know exactly what error message you're getting when trying to apply your discount?

Note that you can use the student discount for a maximum of 4 years (4 times activating the discount), and won't be able to re-activate it after that.
