Changing from regular Premium to Student Discount Premium

I was just wondering how to go about changing a pre-existing Spotify Premium account to a Spotify Student Discount Premium account, and whether Australian universities are included.

To get the Student Discount from Premium, just go to this link and sign up: https://www.spotify.com/student 

Australian Universities are now included as of April of 2017.
