My Question or Issue
I noticed on my credit bill that I'm still getting charged $9.99 even after being verified as a student.
I was also charged twice which I just noticed
There are screenshots of the two charges, one on January 24th, 2019 and another one on January 25th, 2019, as well as shots of my account being verified as "student" until November 26th, 2019.
Can someone let me know why this is happening and why I'm being charged full premium price rather than student? Is there any way I can get that money back too if they actually mixed up something?
