My Question or Issue

I got charged 1.20 AUD for a free 3 month subscription for students, also the invoice emailed to me clearly showed $0.00 Total, I am very unsatisfied by Spotify’s payment experience and I want a refund of my money ASAP.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

When you sign up for a free trial, you may notice an authorization charge for a small amount on your account. This is Spotify’s way of verifying the validity of your payment method. It’s only a temporary hold and will disappear shortly.

 

Although Spotify releases these funds immediately, it may take longer for your bank to process the transaction.

Means the ammount which is debited from account while taking trial will be refunded in some days ? Can u clear my doubt please

Yes, that's correct. The funds should be with you soon. 

 

It's worth mentioning that you can check your Spotify receipts via the Account Page > Payment > Order history.
