Error when renew student discount

I can't renew my student suscription because this error. what I can do ?

Help’s here!

It seems that the error message you receive says “You’ve already used this offer.”  This means the link you tried to use might have expired.

In such a case you'll need to get in touch with our verification partner SheerID. They'll send you an email including a valid activation link allowing you to apply the student discount to your Spotify account.
