Fui cobrado indevidamente pelo dobro do valor

Boa tarde,

 

Eu recebi uma notificação de cobrança do Spotify premium alegando um custo de 16,50 (premium normal)

Quando a minha conta é na realidade uma conta premium universitária. (Cadastrado só no meio do ano)

Gostaria de saber se mais alguém já sofreu com algum erro do tipo e como resolveu

In this case we suggest that you double-check your receipts on your account page to make sure how long you've payed for Premium Student:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click Receipts in the menu on the left.
  3. Click VIEW next to a transaction to see more details.

As im seeing it here, i started paying for students premium on 13/04/2020

Wouldnt it last till 13/04/2021?
