Got verified as a student but the page is not opening

My Question or Issue

Hello I have been verified as a student by the SheerID but when I click on the link to join the premium account there is an error. In the app it says that my plan is the free one.

In case you're verified, but you're getting an error message - feel free to take a look at this Spotify Answer that has some steps that you can try.

If the message that you're having on your screen is different than the ones in the article, could you please take a screenshot of it and share it with us?
