My Question or Issue

My account has been hacked as I had activated Student Premium discount a month earlier. Now I can't get Student Premium back on a new account as "Verification Limit Exceed" error occours. I already contacted SheerID by they coudn't provide any help.

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you get your account and your Premium back.

 

The error you're getting should stem from the fact that you already have an active verification on your old account. It's not possible to verify more than once via SheerID for any given period.

 

In any case, leaving the old account as is poses a security risk and it means you'll most likely be charged again. So instead of trying to verify and subscribe again, we recommend reaching out to our support team, they can assist you in getting the account back. If you actually want to use a new account, they can then help you cancel the subscription on the old account, transfer the discount and your library and close the unnecessary account. 

 

When reaching out, make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the account and verify you as the owner.
