Help with updating spotify student discount, credentials already used even though they are mines

Hi, I'm trying to update my account's premium from regular premium back to student premium. However, everytime I try to update it, it goes and says that my student credentials are used by another account, which is weird.

I would usually log in from my primary account I use, using log in with Facebook, and I would use my school email to confirm that I am in school. I have attached screenshots to show that I am indeed a student, and using this account as my primary and only spotify account.
