My Question or Issue

Hulu recently seems to have merged with Disney and required account updates. After going through the process of updating those however, I've lost all access despite Spotify telling me I still have it. When I click on the start watching button through the premium page, Hulu just asks me pay them money to watch. Is the site simply not updated on this or am I barred from the access I bought this for?

Hi there @Struggling,

 

Is it possible that you activated the wrong Hulu account? If so, you need to cancel your subscription and wait for your plan to switch to free, then resubscribe to activate the correct account.

 

If you're certain that the correct account has been activated, I'd recommend reaching out to Hulu directly.
