I can't access spotify student premium plan

Student associations in Croatia have published articles about Croatian students being eligible for spotify student premium but when i search for it I get error on spotify pages and can't registrate for it. Is it available for my country or not then?

Premium Student does seem to be available, but you can only get the discount if your university/college is listed. 🙂

Same for me, it says everywhere that we can get a discount, but when I click on a link to fill out the SheerID verification form, I get sent to an error page.

Apologies for the late reply 🙂
In case the issue still persists for you, could you try using an incognito browser window to see if that would make a difference? If it does, I'd recommend clearing the cache & cookies of the browser.

An active VPN connection may also prevent the page from functioning as it should. 
In case you have any VPN services enabled, we recommend switching them off during the verification process.

Even if I try to access the page using an incognito tab or another browser, I still get the same error code and page. Is there another way to access Spotify's premium plan for students?

Thank you for keeping in contact.

We're jumping in here to clarify things a little bit. The error message you attached in the screenshot is because you're opening a link from another market as the link contains the country code UK.

Unfortunately, the student discount is not yet available in Croatia. This info can be confirmed since the subscription page doesn't show the Premium Student plan as an option in the Premium Page of your country: https://www.spotify.com/hr-en/premium/.

Do you have an idea of when it will become available in Croatia? Since we have so many articles saying that this is possible, it is very confusing that this this option is still not available for us.

If it's currently unavailable, then Spotify doesn't have any immediate plans to launch it in your country, unfortunately.

It should be announced on https://newsroom.spotify.com when the availability expands to more countries/regions. 🙂
