I can't continue the college subscription.

My Question or Issue

Well, I have requested the student plan yesterday, but when I was about to pay it, I didn't have the card information so I left to do today. But when I try to make the payment again, it doens't show the option for me to continue. I tried on my computer, on my phone, but it's always on the same page and I can't continue with the payment. *check image below*

I tried to do today morning and it was working normally. I guess they fixed the problem? Oh well...

subscription still not applied

In this case, we'd suggest heading here in an incognito or private window in your browser to give it another try. 

 

If you're still having troubles, we'd recommend giving it a go in a different device or internet connection as well.
