I can't select the university plan to pay for. how do I do it?

my payment failed this month. when i was now about to update the payment methods, Spotify only lets me choose the individual premium payment plan and I have even renewed this year with the college document. can you help me?

Can you try starting the student verification process through this link here or this one here. These should take you to the student form where you have to upload your documents.

If none of that, please tell us the country of your account and how many years you've used the student discount for so far.

It would also be helpful if you share a screenshot of the available plans you see on your account page (scratch out any personal info).
