I tried to re-activate my student account. as i was charged £10 this month instead of £5 (some notification would of been nice.) I tried on my phone, the page crashed so I went onto my laptop to try and sort it and now I've "already redeemed the offer" yet I am still having to pay 10 going forward? What the **bleep**? Why can't I try and get this sorted?
As a university student in the second year, I'd appreciate an answer to fix this issue. If I can't I'll just have to cancel.
