I had a student account and now they switched it to the individual account

I had a student account and now they switched it to the individual account

Over a year I had a student account and now all of a sudden the changed it to individual account and i don't know why, also when i click on "verifying student account" they said "giftcard was already used"

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. If you get an error that you have already redeemed this offer when trying to reverify as a student, it means you've already tried the verification but the process hasn't completed properly. First, check your mailbox for a new confirmation email from SheerID. Make sure to check any Spam/Junk folders too. If you find it, click the button in there to continue the verification process. If you can't find this email, you can reach out to SheerID directly who can either resend the confirmation email or help you complete the process again.
