I have advertising in the student plan trial month

I subscribed to the student plan, I did the correct verification, I added the card and supposedly I have a free month and then the charges will arrive to the card, but it's been 14 days and advertising appears and in the app it says that my plan is the free version while on the website it says that I have the student plan

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

We'd recommend logging out and then logging back in two times in a row on your phone. It sounds a bit odd, but it forces a sync between the account and your device. 

On another note, could you please let us know if you can access Premium features in the app? 

If the above doesn't do the trick, it'd be great if you can send us a screenshot of the message that you see. Be aware this is a public space, so don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
