I have paid for Premium but my account is still on free version

I have paid for Premium but my account is still on free version

Hello,

Today I have paid for student premium membership with my documents but my account is still on Free version. Please help me as soon as possible.

Hey @detacher,

when you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

No it is not pending, the fee is withdrawn from my balance. 

 

But I have contacted to spotify about this and they told me that it might take up to 3 days for SheerID to make sure I am a student and if i am not confirmed, the fee will be transmitted back to my account.
