Dea all,

I was approved for a Student License but when I try to pay it, it's on Japanese Ienes. I'm in Japan now for Vacations but all my documentation provided was in Portuguese, because I do study in Brazil. Please, update my payment method for Brazilian Reais.

Hi @LEAPEREI, thanks for writing.

 

Since you're currently in Japan, I'm afraid you won't be able to change the currency  of your payment (for other than Japanene Ienes). This is something detected through your I.P. address.

Can you please tell me what your country setting is currently set to? You can check this at https://spotify.com/account.
